Charged with assault or battery in a domestic violence situation?

Sometimes people who live together argue and when the argument escalates someone dials 911 to get the police to come calm things down. What people don't know is that the police are programmed to arrest at least one person when they arrive at the scene. Though having your spouse, child or significant other was arrested was never the caller's intention off to jail it is for at least one person. Typically the charges can be dismissed with the help of our firm.
