Drug Screens

Posted by Robert F. Webb | Nov 07, 2017 | 0 Comments

It is becoming common practice for Judges in the Superior Court to require defendants to submit to drug tests while their case is pending. It is a condition on every criminal bond that the defendant not use drugs or alcohol while out on bond. Judges are using that condition to revoke their bond and put defendants back in jail. It is a very unfortunate thing to see happen. They will use reasons like you are late to court for a calendar call. So if you have a case pending in Cobb Superior Court be very careful to never be late to court.

"Having dealt with attorneys for many years, I always walked away feeling dissatisfied and taken advantage of. Robert was forthcoming and honest with what options we had, spoke and treated my family like humans. He was conscious of our budget and of our time. We need more attorney's like Robert."
