Recently I have been able to get many clients into the Superior Court Diversion Program which has many advantages. The diversion program is the best way to resolve a case for many first time felony offenders. The best part is that once I get a client in the program they no longer have to appear in court and once the program is completed all charges are dismissed and their arrest record is restricted (only visible to law enforcement and courts). The program takes 6 to 9 months to complete.
